PIR Sensor Lenses

For over 25 years Carclo have been manufacturing PIR lenses and have developed a wide range of standard lenses for both security and building automation market sectors. Alongside the standard parts Carclo also designs and manufacture custom lenses to suit our customer’s specific requirements.

Using a range of software tools our optical design team carefully optimise each of the lens segments to ensure the highest level of performance is achieved in each zone, our designs utilise Multifaceted Fresnel arrays and spot lens arrays. At various points during the design stage will test the design using our bespoke simulation software.

All Carclo PIR lenses are manufactured using our specially formulated HDPE and come in 4 standard colours (natural, white black & grey), and in some instances Carclo is also able to supply custom colours.

PF 111 • Wide Angle Ceiling Lens

Image

Ideal for Building / Control Applications

Part No.  9967

  • Mid Range Protection
  • Minor Movement Detection
  • Low Profile

The 48 outer fresnel zones give mid range detection, with the remaining 63 zones aligned with minimal spacing provide minor movement detection. The low profile makes this a discrete solution when ceiling mounted.

Designed for dual element detectors including the banana type, 4 element detectors have also been used in conjunction with this lens.

Particularly suited to security and building control applications

Part No.  5906

  • Low Profile
  • 360 Degree
  • Discrete Solution

The popular PF 31 Ceiling lens  is a low profile 360 degree PIR lens suitable for both security and building control applications. It's low profile makes this lens more discrete than many other products. The lens can be supplied in a number of variations and can be custom cropped to the customer’s requirements.
