Carclo is an optical engineering company and its skills in taking customer concepts to a fully engineered volume product are central to our success. Total control over a project is maintained by ensuring all essential engineering activities and key processes are maintained in-house. This extends from our own toolroom and surface finish areas to a comprehensive printing and coating operation.

Secondary processes are an essential part of Carclo overall package of services.  In fact, Carclo has over 25 year's experience in developing coating systems for plastics and their application to injection moulded products.

The company is structured around a number of manufacturing cells based on the major application sectors, containing all of the elements necessary to totally control the operation.  This ranges from dedicated project management teams to allocation of presses, toolroom, coating plants, printing and assembly areas.  If necessary, manufacturing operations can easily be switched to other worldwide centres within the Carclo umbrella.
