We would like to reassure our customers that Carclo Optics remains open for all aspects of our business.
Our office based staff are working from home until further notice and have the capabilities to operate unaffected. The warehouse is operational on a reduced staff count and will be observing very strict working procedures, following guidelines and advice from Public Health England and the Government.
All the key services you expect from Carclo Optics will continue to be delivered, UK and Worldwide - whether that be standard optic orders, sample requests or design requirements.
Our despatch team are extremely busy fulfilling orders. Occasionally, it may take an extra day or so for your orders to be processed. This is due to the reduced staff levels, the increased pressure on our delivery partners and the overall affect that the Covid-19 pandemic is having on us all.
